Connell Homes believes that personal service is important and that each client should have easy access to the builder throughout the entire building process. With so many decisions in building a home, our goal is to make each step of the way as comfortable and enjoyable as possible with the least amount of stress.

Upgrades Considered Standard

Connell Homes believes that certain items typically considered as “upgrades” by many others in the building profession be included as “standard. Some of our standards include granite tops in the kitchen and master bath, security system, insulated windows and garage door openers.

Workforce

Connell Homes believes in working together in harmony with our customers and professional workforce. We have put together a team of professionals who share our same philosophies. The majority of our workforce has been with us for many years and many from inception. We pay all of our professionals in a timely fashion subject to our personal inspection. We believe a satisfied workforce will result in satisfied customers.

Warranty

Connell Homes provides a 2/10 year warranty policy in addition to their standard one year builder’s warranty.
