The Jim Smith Family September 9, 2202 Dear Brian, We've been putting this letter off for so long because we have been to busy enjoying our beautiful home that you had built for us. Words cannot even describe how much we love it and how well satisfied we are with it. To think we started off on a piece of paper, progressed to a blueprint and off to building our home. The surprise of it all was that we got this house together from Chicago to Florida which was most amazing. We never met anyone so qualified, honest and just plain nice to deal with. Between you, Leroy, & Ruthanne, everything went smoothly and a good relationship was built while working together We highly recommend Connell Builders as the Builder for custom building with no problem. The only sad thing about this whole thing is we don't have to talk to you anymore on a daily bases. Jim & I thank you and your family for all you have done to make our house so nice.
